Pills are items that have a negative or positive effect, and until you use it or have a way that will allow you to see the pill (such as the PhD item), you will not know what it does. There are also Troll bombs, that explode on their own, and Mega Troll bombs, that follow the player before exploding.īatteries fully replenish any usable item that you have.
Bombs can be used to destroy breakable objects, find the Secret Rooms, or hurt enemies in general.
